I ordered a J Fit 45 cm Gym Ball Roller; these people sent a 45 cm Ball. I do not have time to repackage the wrong item, take it to the post office, wait in line, and then pay to return the WRONG ITEM! I figure they know that, so NO: I AM NOT GOING TO REORDER WHAT I ORDERED IN THE FIRST PLACE, AT LEAST CERTAINLY NOT FROM AN OUTFIT THAT SAW FIT TO SEND THE WRONG ITEM! AND YES, I AM YELLING. I SPENT A GREAT DEAL OF TIME SEARCHING FOR THIS ITEM FOR THE PHYSICAL THERAPY I MUST DO TO SAVE MY KNEE. THESE FOLK SHOULD NOT BE IN THE BUSINESS IF THEY CANNOT SUPPLY WHAT PEOPLE NEED AND ORDER FROM THEM!
