The bike shipped very quickly. Assembly was easy, I just needed help carrying the base. The bike is very quiet, I can watch TV while biking on my normal volume setting. The dial for resistance is great, there's a big range of tensions for when you get stronger. There is a pulse monitor on the handles, but I do not use them, I don't think it is too accurate. The bike is compact, doesn't take up a lot of space. The device that counts calories burned, your speed, distance etc. is very helpful to keep track of your progress.
My only negative feed back is how tall the seat is. I have it on the lowest setting but I wish it came down a half inch to an inch shorter. I am however, only 4'10.
So far no problems, I use it almost every day. I think it's a great purchase.

It took me less than an hour to unpack, free each item from its personal protection, and assemble the bike, following the very clear instruction (by the way, it's written in English, not Chinglish). Every component is very well built, with very good materials. All the tools you need are provided with screws and bolts. The exercising position is excellent, the pedals offer a very smooth resistance, it is silent, the display offer clear info about the many data that are available. The bike has wheels to move it around, very easily.
I cannot understand how it is possible to sell such an excellent device for only $200.
I have only a minor complaint. The adjustment for the saddle height is very sturdy and designed to last, but not very easy to use. If the bike is used by two persons of different height (like husband and wife), it is a pain.

I bought this bike based on the favorable reviews and I could not be more pleased with it. It was dead simple to assemble and it has the quality that you would expect in a much more expensive bike. It looks and feels like a precision machine, smooth and silent, and it takes up practically no room at all in my bedroom. For the price I doubt there is any competition for this bike whatsoever.
As to customer service, when I first set it up I thought it was missing a part, so I called the customer service number immediately. I was soon connected to a very pleasant woman, (apparently North American no less), and explained the situation. She sent out the missing part by mail and I received it within a few days. By then I realized that the part had been there after all and had just rolled under my bed.
For less than [...] bucks and free shipping you cannot go wrong.

This product met my expectations and then some. It's great! Easy to use and very quiet. It's lightweight enough to move from room to room. Everyone in the family uses it, and we like it so much that we bought one for my parents as well.

The bike is wonderful!!!! The package arrived the day after I ordered it and my husband and I were able to asssemble the bike in under an hour. As other reviewers have stated, the bike is incredibly quiet when in use. You get a great workout and are able to hear your iPod or TV without any problems. There are even six program levels dependent upon your fitness goals and the monitor displays your speed, distance, calories burned, time, etc. For $199, you could not ask for a better piece of exercise equipment. You will not be sorry you purchased this bike.
